Appointment Confirmation Policy:
When scheduling appointments in advance, appointments must be confirmed when requested. This is generally done two days before an appointment via text. If your appointment was scheduled for a date that is within three days from scheduling, your appointment is assumed confirmed. Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled and the time slot released to other clients.

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to your invoice as required by Ohio state law.
